Sam Khorramian is a high-energy, serial entrepreneur, international speaker, and internet marketer who has helped countless people grow and start their businesses.  Sam has been in the Real estate industry for over 12 years and has been involved in all sides of the business. Sam keeps Big Block Realty and its agents at the forefront of marketing technology and specializes in brand development, website traffic growth, automated systems, social media management, web design, SEO, PPC, and creative advertising. 

Oliver Graf is an industry-leading marketing and fulfillment expert. His ability to build scalable systems is key to Big Block’s growth and to our agent's success. Oliver is responsible for developing highly targeted marketing campaigns, systematized business structures, automated support systems, and virtual platforms that allow Big Block Realty to provide unparalleled support, training, and freedom to our agents, buyers, and sellers.

Kimberly McKeag is a real estate broker and an attorney licensed in the Northwest, including California and Washington. A California native who received her bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego, she relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where she attended law school and spent her early career as a criminal prosecutor and family law attorney. She eventually tired of the gray, rainy days and relocated back to San Diego, where she shifted her focus to real estate. Kimberly has been with Big Block Realty since 2016 and is familiar with all aspects of the company and its focus on compliance and customer service.
